Today was far too nice to
stay inside, so my neighbour, Jan, and I decided to tackle a much-needed dog
fence between our properties. They had just got a family dog this past weekend,
and he's a wanderer! Jones was spending more time in our yard and house than he
was spending at home. He could just squeeze underneath the wire mesh that was
here previously.
This is our designed-on-the-fly, made-from-scraps dog fence!
The beadboard door will likely be replaced with something more sturdy shortly.
Neither of us expect that it'll hold up to weather, nor Jones pushing on it for
very long (hence the reinforcing cinderblock in front of it).

the length of our yards |
